Master craft power boat with American V8 petrol engine believed to be a Chevy 455.The engine has not run for some time but still cranks. When I last tried to start it a couple of months ago the starter motor was suddenly playing up and spinning but not engaging on the flywheel. The boat needs restoration but would make a good winter project and could, without too much work get you out on the water this coming year. I have sold this boat twice in the last 6 months but on both occasions the buyers have simply failed to turn up. (the most recent one strung me along to the point that it became almost comical and pitiful). It has had some gel coat applied and there is still masking tape which would require effort to remove as its been there a longtime. I acquired the boat a couple of years ago as part of a deal, but never managed to get round to restoring it as its not really my thing. The trailer is included. When I towed it home behind my Landrover it wasn’t too scary at a steady 55mph. due to previous experience of selling it quite quickly but then being let down, the buyer will need to put a £250 non refundable deposit down within 24 hours and collect the boat with 14 days.
