Mastercraft X-Star Saltwater Series A unique opportunity to purchase our Mastercraft X-Star. When we purchased the boat it had done only 84 hours it is now on 127 hours. The previous owner used the boat at Lake Windermere so it has done a majority of it’s hours in fresh water. We have used the boat in saltwater but washed it down and flushed the heat exchanger after every use. This is a fantastic boat and offers such a good wakeboarding experience for beginners and riders at a more advanced stage. The boat is completely original no modifications such as gas tanks. When we purchased the boat we dropped it straight off at the main Mastercraft agent to have the boat serviced, tested and checked over. During our ownership we have spent in excess of £3,000, with every invoice to show the works. A brief breakdown, a full engine and gearbox service, new spark plugs, new impeller and O ring, full set of anodes, brand new bilge pumps, new green impellers in all three ballast pumps etc. The boat is fitted with the upgraded Crusader Captain’s Choice 6.0L MPI petrol engine with 375bhp this is a closed cooling system with a heat exchanger. As the boat has the saltwater series package it has the usual upgrades of stainless steel gas struts for the covers, comes with it’s galvanised mastercraft trailer many other fittings replaced for stainless. The boat is fitted with perfect pass which functions as it should, fresh water wash down shower, cockpit heater, table, tower with swivel board racks, Mastercraft Bimini. The ballast system is fully functional and fills up very quickly. It can take on 850lbs stock. Clarion AM/FM CD Stereo with JL Audio Speaker System, 8 speakers, 1 sub and iPod Driver pod really good quality. Pickle fork bow, tower mirror, Tilt steering, flip-up bolster driver’s seat, glove box, wind dam, cup holders galore, lots of storage, dual batteries w/switch, full original mastercraft boat cover, and a tandem axle trailer w/folding hitch and all tyres are in great condition. I have listed some of the many features this boat has above but please feel free to ask if there is anything else you wish to know! The thing that would need doing to bring the boat up to perfect finish is that there is some pitting to the aluminium housing of the dials on the dash although this has never really bothered us it is a common fault on all Mastercrafts of this age. To summarise this is a very clean boat inside and out, no marks on leather, hull or gel coat.
